2018
Before all these recognitions, our story started when Peter Ryan and Robert Ong, a pair of former IBM Salesforce consultants, established CloudMasonry. Since founding, we have provided customers with a single flexible consulting partner to manage every aspect of their digital solution.
Fast forward to a few years, when Ovation Fertility, an IVF treatment provider, partnered with us to enhance their use of Salesforce to enable seamless client communication. We helped the client by undertaking an iterative design and development process to allow for multiple points of end-user feedback and extensive system testing. Thanks to our work, users of Salesforce were able to collaborate with both internal and external parties while leveraging near real-time operational data without leaving Salesforce. This has enabled a more responsive client experience without requiring additional Ovation resources.
