Karen Williams Head of Marketing

Karen brings 17+ years of marketing strategy and execution experience to CloudMasonry as Head of Marketing, applying her marketing automation expertise internally to drive the firm’s own growth.

She is passionate about helping clients realize the full potential of their marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, powered by Pardot.

Most recently, Karen oversaw CRM and Digital Marketing initiatives for Publix Super Markets, a Fortune 100 organization, leading the technical execution of customer loyalty programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud across web and email channels for over 4.5MM active subscribers. She and her team architected customer communication journeys spanning welcome, acquisition, and ongoing engagement, driving the personalized, 1:1 communications that fueled long-term loyalty and brand equity.

Prior to that, Karen led personalized direct marketing strategies in the financial vertical, including direct to consumer mortgage, and spent many years leading enterprise marketing strategy and account management within retail banking, on both the client and agency sides.

Karen graduated from Georgia State University, J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a BBA in Marketing.
