Sofia Wilson is CloudMasonry’s Head of Delivery, responsible for delivery excellence, practice development, and operational scalability across every active client engagement. She serves as the executive escalation point across the firm’s entire book of business.
Sofia has spent her career at the intersection of Salesforce delivery and operational strategy, with prior experience at Bluewolf (an IBM Company) and Plative, where she led complex implementations across healthcare, energy, financial services, and SaaS. At CloudMasonry, she has re-launched the Managed Services model, built a modern delivery operations ecosystem, and spearheaded the firm’s AI-enabled delivery methodology, which is helping the team work faster and smarter across every phase of the engagement lifecycle.
Her teams consistently deliver: 94% utilization and a 4.9/5 CSAT across tens of millions in annual billable work.
Sofia holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and is based in Austin, Texas.
