Cappstone is a commercial cleaning and facility maintenance company. They provide janitorial, facility, and building maintenance services and reporting to more than 950 businesses.

NEED

Cappstone had relied on Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) for years to run quoting, contracts, and vendor agreements. With CPQ approaching end of life, the business needed a modern foundation that could support a more standardized and flexible quoting and approval process. The team also wanted clearer visibility into discounts, margins, and process bottlenecks, along with a more scalable way to manage the vendor and subcontractor relationships that are central to how Cappstone operates.

APPROACH
