Gradient AI, a cutting-edge artificial intelligence company, was encumbered by an extremely manual quoting experience that led to related errors, delays, and organization-wide concerns on process scalability.
APPROACH
CloudMasonry and the Gradient AI team collaboratively mapped the existing opportunity to quote process. It consolidated the existing price book to better align to a Salesforce CPQ-based quoting experience inclusive of subscriptions, bundling, discounting, usage-based consumption, consumption schedules, and block pricing with overages. The solution also supported Gradient AI’s approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies facilitated through Salesforce CPQ’s Advanced Approval package.
Implementing Salesforce CPQ enabled Gradient AI to streamline their quoting processes and eliminated the need for multiple external systems to handle their quoting experience. Through this, teams can quote more accurately and efficiently while monitoring the real-time progress of Sales.
