ABOUT CLIENT
i-media owns the UK’s largest motorway service area media network, delivering advertisements across more than 100 motorway service areas to help brands reach up to 8.1 million high-intent drivers a week.
NEED
i-media partnered with CloudMasonry to resolve instability across Salesforce and Broadsign, addressing data inconsistencies, governance gaps, and unreliable manual processes. Once the platform was stable, the focus shifted to a second set of challenges: a proposal tool that no longer fit how the sales team worked, outdated automations, and fragmented reporting that limited visibility into sales performance.
APPROACH
CloudMasonry delivered the work in two phases, stabilizing the platform before building on it. Rather than working around the recurring failures, the team addressed each one at its source.
- Decommissioned the unsupported Broadsign package in favor of custom Apex development.
- Locked down Closed Won opportunities with governance and approval controls.
- Automated booking form audits and resolved the DocuSign issues at their root.
- Rebuilt the iMaps proposal tool from the ground up following deep discovery with the sales team.
- Migrated legacy automations to Salesforce Flow.
- Consolidated reporting into consistent product-by-product attribution tracking.
- Tightened the Broadsign integration to give i-media full control over site and asset data.
i-media now runs on a stable, secure Salesforce environment with restored user confidence and far less technical debt, so the team spends its time on growth rather than firefighting recurring system failures. A fit-for-purpose iMaps tool lets the sales team build proposals faster and more accurately, modernised automations run on Salesforce Flow, and consolidated reporting gives clear, product-by-product visibility into sales performance. Simplified, role-based layouts made the platform easier to use, improving adoption across the business.
