Packback is a rapidly growing education technology company based in Chicago, Illinois, that provides an AI platform based solution capable of facilitating conversation and fostering critical thinking skills.


NEED

Following an ambitious period of internal system enhancements and on the brink of hypergrowth, Packback realized its technical architecture had reached an inflection point. With excessive automation their system was not only unscalable, but at its breaking point.


APPROACH

CloudMasonry led a series of exercises resulting in a multi-phase roadmap outlining the design and rollout of a solution that captured their immediate needs while positioning and informing strategies for an ongoing innovation cadence to ensure scalability across all selling motions; direct to professor, enterprise sales, and e-commerce.
