ABOUT CLIENT
Sojern is a travel marketing platform for hotels, attractions, and destinations, using data to help travel businesses find, engage, and convert travelers online.
NEED
Sojern engaged CloudMasonry for ongoing Salesforce support to address scaling needs across CRM, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and marketing automation. The business needed a robust approach to lead scoring and routing for its global sales teams, fixes for integration problems between legacy systems and third-party tools, and a way to bring products from newly acquired brands into the existing CPQ environment without disrupting sales operations.
APPROACH
CloudMasonry provided Salesforce support across several project teams, running remediation and new build in parallel rather than sequencing them.
- Resolved integration issues affecting Sojern’s customer portal.
- Optimized CPQ pricing logic and automated connections with third-party tools including Asana.
- Rebuilt lead qualification and routing in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement with improved scoring and regional alignment.
- Expanded the CPQ environment to integrate subscription products from two newly acquired brands, without disrupting existing sales processes.
Sojern’s sales and marketing teams moved onto a stable, well-integrated Salesforce platform, with the previous integration and pricing problems resolved. The CPQ expansion gave the business a route to absorb new acquisitions without rebuilding, protecting the platform investment already made.
- A lead qualification and routing system directing warm leads by region and vertical, rated 4.9 out of 5 by the client.
- Integration and pricing issues resolved at source rather than worked around.
- CPQ extended to carry subscription products from acquired brands.
- A platform able to absorb future acquisitions without disrupting existing sales operations.
