Strata provides an innovative set of software and service solutions to help healthcare providers better analyze,
plan and perform in support of caring for their community and reducing the cost of care.


NEED

Strata Decision Technology provides asset management software and consulting services around leveraging that software to healthcare providers. Their current Salesforce environment was structured in a manner where there was no easy way to track the dollar amount of consulting hours actually left on the SaaS products they were meant to consult on.


APPROACH

CloudMasonry executed a deep dive analysis and restructured the malfunctioning flows and data model that caused the issues of being unable to track the consulting budget accurately. We then also developed a change request process that accommodated moving and tracking consulting fees from project to project. Finally, a process was built to automatically update the remaining balance on engagements based on hours that were both approved by the Customer and Strata.


OUTCOME

This implementation provided the Strata Financial team real-time accurate view of what was actually considered consulting revenue vs. product revenue within the organization, ensuring the business was not charging more
or less to their customers than what was contracted. This project also significantly reduced the process of Strata employees having to manually do this calculation at the end of every quarter and enabling them to focus more on driving client outcomes.
