Sunstone Therapies wanted a Managed Services partner for its Salesforce Health Cloud org and a scheduling solution built for clinical trial visits and connected to its EHR (electronic health record).
APPROACH

OUTCOME
Sunstone Therapies replaced a disconnected, third-party scheduling tool with a purpose-built appointment system on Salesforce Health Cloud, tied directly into its clinical and provider workflows. Configurable visit templates, resource and staff scheduling, and a bidirectional integration with its eClinicalWorks EHR gave Sunstone’s team one system to manage complex trial-visit scheduling, while the Experience Cloud portal lets referring providers securely manage appointments from outside the org.
