NEED
As a fast-growing company, TaxRise wanted Salesforce to run and automate its business, from lead qualification through invoicing.
APPROACH
CloudMasonry partnered with TaxRise to complete and launch its Salesforce implementation, train employees, and add in-app guidance for customers in its online community. The solution integrates Conga for legal document creation and e-signature. CloudMasonry also recommended architecture enhancements to speed up releases and page performance, and is working with TaxRise to implement them.
