ABOUT CLIENT
TaxRise is a young US-based financial services company helping customers resolve tax problems through utilizing streamlined & automated systems and processes driven by Salesforce.
NEED
As a fast-growing startup, TaxRise needed to implement Salesforce to run & automate their business, from lead qualification to invoice. To accomplish this, TaxRise worked with various partners over multiple years, ultimately landing with a partnership with CloudMasonry after previous partners could not implement with the quality and speed needed.
APPROACH
CloudMasonry entered the scene and was able to make the necessary system changes to enable TaxRise to launch Salesforce, helping train employees and give in-app guidance to customers on their online community. The new Salesforce system includes integrations with external systems like Conga to automate legal document creation & signatures. Additionally, through this partnership, CloudMasonry was able to proactively recommend architecture changes to enable TaxRise to release future enhancements more quickly and load pages faster to deliver a better customer experience and CloudMasonry is now working with TaxRise to implement these architecture changes.
