Wings for Life is a non-profit foundation that funds global scientific research and clinical trials to find a cure for spinal cord injuries.
NEED
Wings for Life needed to move faster on managing its donor data, but had no documented process for importing or auditing donations flowing in from a dozen-plus sources, from web donations and peer-to-peer platforms to workplace giving and manual checks. Most critically, the organization did not trust its own Salesforce data enough to produce accurate, actionable reports in either Salesforce or QuickBooks.
