World Bicycle Relief’s Salesforce team needed a specialized partner to accelerate grant tracking, reporting, and inventory management. By 2025, they faced a critical challenge: the custom integration between their fundraising platform and Salesforce relied on 900+ lines of unrefactored legacy code, threatening the loss of vital donation data.
